Your impact: computer systems within reach of every school

KUBO exists to make computer systems attainable for schools worldwide. Schools carry their own lab, and that ownership is why it keeps running. As a changemaker you fund the leverage around it: the things that make every lab cheaper, better and easier to start.

Open until the mold is funded

Help us unlock KUBO for every school

The biggest impact right now: one investment lowers the price of every future lab at once.

We went from one school to five pilot schools across two countries. KUBO is proven, and many more schools want it.

One piece is missing. Every KUBO X, the protected workstation at each seat of a lab, still gets its casing 3D-printed one at a time. The fix is a one-time investment: an injection mold, a steel form that works a bit like a waffle iron.

More ways to carry KUBO

The mold is the campaign of today. The work behind it runs all year, and it can use your support too.

Structural

Support the project

Behind every lab sits ongoing work: fair pay for the people who build and maintain KUBO, developing the packaging, organizing computer clubs, and creating teaching materials that fit the classrooms we serve. General support keeps that engine running.

Per school

Match a school's investment

Schools invest in their own lab, and that ownership is part of why KUBO lasts. For some schools the first step is simply too high. With matching, your gift covers part of one school's lab and lowers their threshold, while the school stays the owner. Interested? Write to info@kubo.global.

Why a gift here goes far

KUBO is built so that every contribution keeps working long after it is spent.

Open

No licence fees

Hardware and software are open, so every euro goes to equipment, training and support. Nothing leaks away into licences.

Proven

In daily use since 2017

Five pilot schools across two countries work with KUBO every day. You fund what already works, not an experiment.

Lasting

Built to keep running

Schools own their lab, teams get trained and support stays available. Your impact is still running years later, instead of gathering dust.

Affordable

Designed for tight budgets

Low-power workstations, reused peripherals and an offline server keep costs small. An indication: a server is about €300, a server with five seats about €1,400, a full 25-computer lab about €8,000.
